"What's your Style? "

 An Introduction to the DISC Behavioural Model

1 Day Workshop

$220 (+GST) Per Participant (Includes DISC Preview Questionnaire)

This workshop explores the four DISC Behavioral styles and the strengths and weaknesses of each style within a team context. The workshop includes a brief behavioral analysis of all participants and equips learners with the basic ability to identify other styles and modify their own communication to maximize team work, interview technique and their ability to positively influence others.

"The Secret Job Market"

 A guide on how to find jobs that aren't advertised

1/2 Day Workshop

$100 (+GST) Per Participant

Only 15% of jobs are found through advertised positions. Most jobs are sourced through using personal networks, approaching suitable employers and job seekers marketing themselves. This short course provides basic skills for job seekers to actively source employment through job seeker marketing techniques. The program also provides Job Seekers with a Job Sourcing Action Plan which can be followed as part of the Job Seekers Job Search Activities

Making a lasting first impression at job interview

1/2 Day Workshop

They say that the first impression is the most lasting. This is especially true for Job Interviewees, who often only have a matter of moments to project a positive first impression. This workshop explores the Job Interview process and provides strategies for Job Seekers to sell themselves to employers with confidence and style.

"Communicating for Success"

How to make friends and influence people in the Workplace

1 Day Workshop

$190 (+GST) Per Participant

Every workplace has its own culture, its own politics and its own lingo. For most of us, finding our place in a new work team and developing positive relationships with colleagues is a daunting process. This workshop discusses some of the key issues on communication in the workplace, and will provide participants with tips and ideas on how to work out the who, what, where and when of their own workplace, and quickly become a part of the team.

A six day program to reinvigorate job seekers

6 Day Workshop Program

$600 (+GST) Per Participant

It is really hard to stay focused on goals and motivated when you have been unemployed for a while. Most people lose perspective on the task of finding a job after a few months of Job Search. This program is about reinvigorating job seekers in the quest to find employment. The program helps participants to refocus on their job search goals, reassess their attitudes and identify issues that may be holding them back from achieving employment.
